APPLICATION PROCESS for the 2024 Fair

The evening of Tuesday 19th November from 6pm to 9pm and from 9.30am till 4pm on Wednesday 20th November

Dear Prospective Stallholder
The Woburn Luxury Gift Fair Committee are delighted that you would like to be considered to have a stall at our Luxury Gift Fair on the evening of Tuesday 19th November from 6 - 9pm and the 20th November from 9.30am - 4pm in Woburn Safari Lodge, kindly hosted by the Duchess of Bedford.

Setting up time is on Tuesday 19th November from 12pm – 6pm. We are hoping to have 40 stall holders and in the past we have attracted about 450 visitors.

​Cost:

  • £110 per stall for a 6 foot table or space, you can apply for more than one table

  • 10% of gross sales taken, and

  • a present for the raffle representative of your stall not less than £15 in value. 

  • There will be no room for clothing rails in addition to the 6’ table unless specifically arranged with the committee prior to the fair.

The Fair Committee will be reviewing applications and will let stallholders know if they have been successful.
